Long days, screen time, jaw clenching, not enough sleep — it all shows up on your face. Glow and Sculpt is a relaxing facial massage service using time-tested manual techniques — lymphatic drainage, gua sha, and jade roller therapy — to help your face look refreshed, feel lighter, and glow from within.
Every first visit starts with a personal consultation: skin type and sensitivity, your main concerns, your current products and routines, and a personalized treatment plan. Each 45-minute session then combines feather-light lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness, gua sha strokes along the forehead, cheeks, jaw, and neck to release tension, and a cooling jade roller finish that seals in hydration.
You do not just leave relaxed — you leave equipped, with a customized step-by-step home routine, technique reminders, and product suggestions matched to your skin. No injections, no machines, no downtime. Virtual sessions (Canada-wide) include the consultation plus a guided hands-on tutorial with real-time coaching. In-person sessions are available in select cities — contact us for availability.
This is a cosmetic wellness service, not a medical treatment. Facial massage is not recommended during active acne breakouts, rosacea flare-ups, skin infections, or shortly after botox or fillers. If you are unsure, tell us during your consultation and we will advise honestly.

Frequently asked questions
▶Does facial massage actually help with puffiness?
Many clients notice a visible difference after a single session — a lighter, more sculpted look, especially around the eyes and jawline. Lymphatic drainage encourages fluid movement away from areas where it collects, which is what causes morning puffiness. Results are most noticeable right after the session and build with regular practice. We make no medical claims — this is a cosmetic wellness service, and individual results vary.
▶How often should I book sessions?
For most people, once every 2–4 weeks works well as maintenance, with weekly sessions for the first month if you are targeting noticeable puffiness or tension. Between sessions, your personalized home routine (5–10 minutes a day) keeps the benefits going. Your consultation includes an honest recommendation — never pressure to over-book.
▶I have sensitive skin. Is this safe for me?
Usually, yes. All techniques are gentle, and we use fragrance-free, skin-friendly oils chosen for sensitivity. Tell us about any allergies, eczema, rosacea, or skin conditions in your consultation so we can adapt the treatment. If your skin is currently irritated, broken out, or infected, we will recommend waiting until it calms down.
▶What should I bring to my session?
Just yourself. We provide everything — oils, tools, towels, and a comfortable space. Come with a clean, makeup-free face if you can (we will cleanse you if not). For virtual sessions, have a mirror, a facial oil or serum, and — if you have them — a gua sha stone or jade roller handy; we will work with whatever you have got.
