Your privacy matters
Zervia collects only what it needs to run the marketplace. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights (including under Canada's PIPEDA and the EU/UK GDPR).
What we collect
Account details (name, email, country, language), listings and bookings you create, reviews, support messages, and ID photos you choose to upload for verification. We never see your payment card details — Stripe handles those.
How we use it
To operate your account, show listings, process bookings, prevent fraud, and improve Zervia. We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
Who sees it
Your public profile, listings, and reviews are visible to everyone. ID verification photos are private — only you and the Zervia review team can see them. We share data with service providers we need to run Zervia (hosting, payments, email) under strict contracts.
Your rights
Access, correct, export, or delete your data — anytime, from the in-app privacy center. We'll respond to requests promptly as the law requires.
Security
Passwords are handled by our auth provider (we never see them), data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is strictly limited by role.

Contact us through the support hub in the app — we answer privacy questions first.
